My Story
The focus of my work is counselling clients in a positive way, promoting esteem and self-confidence in their lives and relationships. Bettering our awareness and ability to contribute to our own lives and the lives of those we love, frees us from self-defeating patterns that are at the root of most distress. Safe, supportive and humanistic care ensures long-lasting and significant change so clients can develop healthy ways of behaving and relating that fulfils their potential and reduces emotional difficulty.
I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society (MNCS), a member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals (FDAP) and a trustee on the Marie Rahima Dawood Trust (MRD) charity.
